Freedom’s Just Another Word For…

In the end, all we are, really, are these amazing creatures that interpret vibrations.

Everything is vibrating constantly, even things that seem solid (nothing is really solid…) – and with our eyes, ears, touch, etc we take in these vibrations.

This is not new-age mumbo jumbo, this is physics, science. So be it wavelength’s of light we can interpret with our eyes, or sound waves we can interpret with our ears – we are are constantly bombarded with vibrations.

Things like wood that appear solid are not, but rather highly organized sea’s of energy that we interpret, with the tools that we have, as solid.

What makes us who we are, individually, is how we decide to deal with these vibrations – by a large measure that is the only thing that we are really free to do, to decide how we want to deal with the vibrations that we are exposed to.

Kick Facebook?

I have kicked nicotine, caffine, alcohol, haven’t eaten meat in years… Let’s see if I can put down the Facebook.

With the comments, drama vampires, interpersonal conflict, time wasters, videos, etc. it is a huge time suck and I suspect isn’t good for a number of other reasons as well. So today, just for today, I am not going to use.

I am not cancelling my account or “turning it off” as I have been there and done all of that, I am going to treat it like it’s a greasy burger or some other past life vice – I know its there, but i aint usin’ it.

Contraception vs. Corporate Welfare

Now Bill O’Reilly joins the chorus of republicans that don’t want to fund other peoples contraception.

Fair enough – but – I don’t want to fund your bombs and corporate welfare.

Stop taking our money for your military industrial complex and we could all afford our own health care costs.
